Magixx teams up with Shoday on **Ferawa**, a fresh Afrobeats collaboration that brings together two Nigerian voices for a playful take on romantic attraction and affection.
The song centres on the desire for a special kind of love, using familiar expressions and lighthearted storytelling to communicate its message. The pairing creates an opportunity for both singers to bring their individual styles into a shared romantic theme, with the focus on melody, personality and lyrical chemistry.
Released on November 5, 2026, the single follows the artists’ September collaboration on **CHE**, extending their growing musical partnership. The release is associated with Mavin Records and Canny Consults.
What makes this pairing interesting is the contrast between Magixx’s melodic approach and Shoday’s playful way of expressing romantic ideas. Their collaboration gives the subject a youthful perspective, keeping the focus on the excitement and humour that can come with falling for someone.
For Afrobeats listeners who enjoy romantic songs with a contemporary Nigerian touch, **Ferawa** is a release worth checking out. It also gives listeners another chance to hear Magixx and Shoday working together after their earlier collaboration.
